About
Mental simulations are imaginations about the past, present and future. I am interested in a particular form of mental simulation called as counterfactual thinking (CFT). CFT simply means thinking about 'what might have been, or how the past might have turned out differently'. I am particularly interested in the way (when, in what context, how) people of different cultures generate additive and subtractive type of CFT.
